Sis, your story is not over yet;

So as for this week we will speak about something that is near & dear to my heart anxiety & depression. Well a Sis contacted me in-reference to feeling extremely low in this season & I know all too well how that may feel. For oh so long anxeity and depression has been such a dirty secret in families and society, which is so disheartening. Well here's the story: Sis moved here from Miami with her Mother years ago her & mom were the best of friends, but they had Alienated and secluded themselves from their entire family. Well Mom became ill over the years and eventually passed away. Since they had cut themselves off from family Sis now had no support system to help cope with the death. Subsequently Sis had some serious health issues herself. Well not to mention here comes Covid to put her in an even darker place. Depression took hold a few weeks ago and Sis attempted suicide. My advise was: Never do anything you can't come back from. The sun will always shine tomorrow and when your in the midst of a storm it doesn't seem like it, but I promise you it will. I had a friend and she was terrified of driving in the rain so she would park under the underpass on the highway until the storm ended and sometimes we would sit there for hours, but for those of you who ever lived in Florida. What I found out one day was that if she drove through the storm and stuck it out for just a little while the sun was shining ever so brightly just a minute down the road. Stick it out through the storm, your story is not over Sis... So Tribe please give this Sis a word, a prayer, a thought, a meme, some sort of encouragement to make it through the storm, let her know that her story is NOT over...

  1. Keep your head up sis & hold on. Remember that God has a purpose & a plan for your life ( Jer 29:11). It’s important to find community. Find a “tribe”! Humans need other humans. Praying for you. X❤️X❤️
