But Why? Do We Though?🤷🏽‍♀️

So Realz this week's question comes from a New Year's Eve Car Conversation with Women About Women...
Driving to a New Year's Eve event doing a Sister Sister check in making sure we all looking good/right & tight. One Sis says to another. OMG I forgot to polish my toenails SMH. As Big Sis says to her. Girl what Man is really looking at ya toes? Ain't nobody gonna say nothing bout that, but a hating female. WOW, I said, Shaking My Head. Why would she? Why should she? Why do we? Do that? WHY as females do we spend more time tearing each other down as females instead of building each other up?
Be honest! Let's Talk About It!!! Well per the internet there are many different trains of thought & here are some examples: One reason is out of instinct. Women are designed to protect their wombs so they end up turning on other women to weed out the competition when it comes to men and finding a mate. Another reason is due to self-promotion, concluding that women want to put those who pose a threat down in an attempt to feel better about themselves. Women tear each other down because of jealousy or competition or they're insecure or think they're all high and mighty. The common thing we should all see is that we are women. That is the tie that binds us and holds us all together. That bond should be unbreakable. It should not be withered by pettiness, distrust, hate, jealousy, or any form of ugliness.
Women tear each other down because of self-esteem issues, insecurities, and whatnot. To make themselves feel important. To make other people like them. Putting someone else down provides a level of control, and this can make it extremely tempting. Some people have grown up feeling very little control over their lives, often due to childhood difficulties or trauma. The bully in the previous point is an example of someone using the psychological strategy of displacement to deal with their negative emotions. To weaken the resolve of another person with a view to manipulating them. Their comments reflect on them, NOT you.
No Matter what the reason change is needed immediately. Sometimes we may not realize our behaviors, but make sure you start showing more kindness than hatred to all fellow Realz..... * Be a good mentor. Be honest, fair, kind, and consistent when it comes to providing constructive feedback- and do it privately. You don’t need to show everyone who’s watching what you have to say unless you feel it will also help others. * Go out of your way to help other women. Whether it’s in business, personally, spiritually, or physically, paying it forward can only increase the dividends for all parties involved. * Tenacity. Never give up on your dreams and encourage others to never give up on theirs. Set that example of chutzpah, inspiration, and confidence. * Nurture. As women, it’s in our nature to be nurturing, and encouraging, and to promote growth and development. When we leverage this very powerful trait, especially in the workplace or in professional settings, there’s no limit to what we women can achieve. * Create a strong community of women including friends, family, co-workers, and peers. As women, we flourish when we have the love and support of other strong, confident, and compassionate women in our lives. Women should empower women in all aspects of their lives. In this day and age, women are being celebrated and given more opportunities than ever before. Let’s not diminish these opportunities in a quest to knock another down. It doesn’t have to be a competition. When we lift up others, we ourselves are lifted.
Hey Tribe care to chime in & help a Real with a word? I bet they'd appreciate it & so would I! Your point of veiw helps open all of our minds. Hey remember that's why I started this & why I continue! 😘

  1. Excellent article!!
As women, it should be our primary goal (especially in business) to express excitement and adoration (definitely when employed in a male dominate industry).
This shows a sense of sisterhood and folks will know immediately that we women cannot be baited against one another.
In 2023, lets change the narrative, we women will up lift, motivate and encourage ever woman we come in contact with!!
